1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be:
• Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging with all tags attached.
• Returned within 5 days of delivery

2. Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges for:
• Wrong size
• Wrong item received
• Defective or damaged product upon arrival

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be offered.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:
• Lingerie and intimate wear (for hygiene reasons)
• Custom-made or personalized items
• Beauty and skincare products (for hygiene reasons)

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Our customer service team will respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions.
3. Ship the item back to the address provided. Return shipping is at the buyer’s cost unless due to our error.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:
• You will receive an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or wallet credit.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:
• Check your bank account again.
• Contact your bank and/or payment provider.

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless fault lies with us).
